Robert P. Killian

Robert P. Killian, with over four decades of experience, focuses his practice on matters of civil litigation, primarily personal injury and wrongful death. Since he co-founded the firm in 1997, Mr. Killian and his partner have recovered more than $200 million in compensation for clients. He handles cases primarily in Glynn, Camden, Liberty, Brantley, McIntosh and Wayne counties. In addition to his principle area of personal injury and wrongful death, he has successfully represented clients in business litigation cases, condemnation cases, civil rights cases and estate disputes. He has tried well over 230 civil cases to verdict and has handled over forty appeals to the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. 
Mr. Killian obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, and he was admitted to practice in Georgia in 1976. Currently a Vice President of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, he is also a member of the Brunswick-Glynn County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and the National Trial Lawyer's Top One Hundred in Georgia. He has been selected to Super Lawyers each year beginning in 2008. He has been recognized For Lifetime Achievement Membership by American Top 100 Attorneys for Georgia. 
 
Dedicated to putting his extensive trial experience to work for his clients, Mr. Killian has garnered recognition among his peers. For over twenty years, he has had Martindale-Hubbell's highest peer-reviewed rating of AV-Preeminent*, and he is a published author as well. One of his articles, “Stop Abusive Litigation in Clear Negligence Cases with a Kiss and Make-up Letter,” appears in the 1990 winter issue of Verdict, the quarterly journal of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He also wrote "Use of Experts to Show How Darkness Affects Driver Vision in Tractor Trailer Wrecks" for the journal's 1997 winter issue. Mr. Killian additionally co-authored "Examination of the Police Officer in an Automobile Collision Case," published in Calendar Call, a publication of the trial section of the State Bar of Georgia. He speaks at Georgia Trial Lawyer seminars.
 
From his office in Brunswick, GA Mr. Killian also represents clients in the communities St. Simons Island, Kingsland, Woodbine, St Marys, Jesup, Nanhunta, Darien, Baxley and Folkston.

Roy J. Boyd Jr.

Roy J. Boyd Jr. primarily represents victims in personal injury cases arising out of car and truck accidents, business disputes and premises cases and began his practice in 1985. After practicing for large defense firms in Atlanta for the first six years of his practice , he returned to his hometown of Brunswick, Georgia. In his practice, he consistently resolves, through settlements and jury verdicts, claims collectively exceeding many millions of dollars each year. He is a former Vice President At Large (2012)(2013) for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
 
Mr. Boyd received his undergraduate degree in finance and insurance from Georgia Southern College. He is a 1985 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law where he was a member of the Georgia Law Review. Mr. Boyd was also a member of two academic honor societies: Gamma Beta Phi and Omicron Delta Epsilon. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1985.

Bonnie Killian Turner

Bonnie was raised on St. Simons Island and graduated from Glynn Academy. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin from the University of Georgia.

She received her degree in law from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. During law school, she interned with Malone Law in Atlanta. This allowed her to gain extensive experience in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. 

Before she moved back to Brunswick, Bonnie worked at Paul D. Hermann, P.C. in Atlanta. At Paul D. Hermann, P.C., she gained more experience in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. 

In June 2013, Bonnie joined Killian & Boyd, P.C. and her practice focuses mainly in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, and wills and estates. Bonnie and her husband, John, enjoy spending time with family, friends, and their two dogs. They had their first child in the fall of 2014.

Autumn Nicole 

Raised in Pinckney, MI, Autumn obtained dual bachelor degrees in finance and political science from the Central Michigan University. She received her degree in law from Michigan State University College of Law. 

During law school, she was an Associate Editor of the Michigan State Law Review. Autumn also interned at the Wayne County Circuit Court in Detroit, MI and at MSU's Low Income Taxpayer clinic where she is involved in providing free legal services to individuals in controversy with the I.R.S.

In 2011, she began practicing law in Glynn County and in April 2013, Autumn joined Killian & Boyd, P.C. Her areas of practice are personal injury and domestic relations.
